Q: When does my order ship?
A: Usually within 72 business hours (Monday thru Friday)
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: All orders have tracking numbers. You will receive an email with your tracking number within 72 business hours from the time of your order. I ship using USPS.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Only the United States, its territories, military bases, etc. and Canada. Unfortunately, I do not ship anywhere else.
Returns
I don't accept returns or exchanges unless it falls into one of these categories:
1. Item has been significantly damaged.
2. You received the wrong item.
Returns are not accepted if you ordered the wrong size, the wrong hat, the wrong color, you changed your mind, your boyfriend/girlfriend/wife/husband/friend/relative didn't like the gift, etc.
Fraud attempts
Fraudulent orders are flagged and blocked. My payment processing is highly sensitive and will detect if you're using a lost or stolen identity or funding source.
Fraudulent flags submitted to your bank, credit union, or credit card company like "item was not received" will be heavily contested – don't even try me.
